For any short bed truck, such as your 2022 Ram 3500 SWR, I always recommend either a sliding hitch or rotating pin box. Therefore before buying a hitch for the tow vehicle, I suggest you discover what pin box is on the 2022 Forest river Sabre 37FLL. If you have a rotating turret type, like a Sidewinder or Turning Point, on your fifth wheel then the Andersen Ultimate Connection 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch System with Adapter, # AM3200, is not an option as this cannot be used with that type pin box. If you have a fixed type pin box then I still suggest you go with something different as the 2022 Forest river Sabre 37FLL is a rather large 5th wheel and will cause a lot of chucking and a very rough ride for you trying to use this hitch.
