Tow your short-bed Ram without climbing out for every tight turn. This 24K SuperGlide hitch automatically slides back 18" for cab clearance and drops into your factory puck system with the included adapter.
Tight turns with a short-bed truck can get nerve-racking fast, especially when your trailer starts creeping toward the cab. This PullRite SuperGlide helps take that worry off your plate by automatically sliding back toward the tailgate as you turn, giving you up to 18" of extra clearance.
Once you straighten out, the hitch moves back toward the cab for stable towing on the road. No stopping, no hopping out, and no wrestling with a manual slider every time you pull into a campsite, fuel station, or driveway.
This kit includes the adapter pucks needed to mount the hitch in 2013 and newer Ram trucks with the factory-installed, underbed towing prep package. It gives you a strong, custom-fit connection without needing above-bed base rails permanently sitting in your truck bed.
The self-locking hitch plate helps make coupling quick and confident. Once your trailer's king pin is seated, the jaw closes and the handle locks automatically. The wraparound jaw grips the king pin to help reduce rattling and give you a steadier connection while you tow.
Lining up perfectly with your 5th wheel is not always realistic, especially on uneven ground. The dual-articulating head pivots front-to-back and side-to-side to help meet the king pin during hookup. That same movement also helps limit chucking on the road for a smoother, more controlled ride.
This SuperGlide hitch is rated for 24,000 lbs of gross towing weight and 6,000 lbs of vertical load, making it a strong option for towing a larger 5th-wheel trailer with your short-bed Ram. As always, make sure to follow your truck and trailer ratings, because physics is rude and does not care about confidence.
The modular adapter breaks down into 4 individual pieces and removes without tools, so your truck does not have to stay in 5th-wheel mode full-time. When the hitch and adapter are removed, you get more open bed space for hauling gear, lumber, mulch, or whatever weekend project decided to ambush you.
