Will The Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Brake Controller Activate Trailer Brakes With Radar Cruise Control?

I have a 2019 tacoma with radar cruse will the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Trailer Brake Controller put on the brakes through this sytem.

No, the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Trailer Brake Controller # RED44FR or any other brake controller will not activate the brakes on the trailer in the event the radar cruise on your 2019 Toyota Tacoma activates to slow down your vehicle. Your owners manual for your Tacoma does state that the cruise control system should never be used when towing a trailer and this is one reason why. The brake controller will only activate the trailer brakes by either pressing the manual override or the physical pushing of the brake pedal.
To install the Redarc in your Tacoma you will need the Plug-and-Play Wiring Harness # RED99FR and I recommend the Mounting Panel # 331-TPSI-002 to fit inside one of the blank switch panels to give the controller a factory clean appearance.
