Yes, you can use a weight distribution hitch while towing with your 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 with air bag suspension. That being said the two systems do not like to work well together. The airbags spread the weight across the back axle. A weight distribution system takes weight from the rear of your truck and disperses some of it to your front axles. I recommend decreasing the psi in your air bags to its lowest setting whenever you are hooking up your weight distribution system. This will allow the tension to be set properly then you can increase the psi as needed.
The Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution w/ 4-Point Sway Control item # EQ37121ET is a great weight distribution system. It is recommend for trailers with a tongue weight of 800 lbs - 1,200 lbs and a gross towing weight of 12,000 lbs. I have attached a couple of videos about this system and also a FAQ on weight distribution systems and how you should select them.
