Since we know your Grand Design Imagine XLS 22MLE has 3,500 lb axles the Road Armor Shock Absorbing # LC696740 will work in that regard. You'd need to measure the distance between the mounting holes of your current equalizers but as long as they are close to 6 inches and vertically between the lower holes and upper holes the dimension is close to 3-1/2 inches you'd be set.
