This rack is made specifically for Pace Edwards UltraGroove, UltraGroove Electric, and UltraGroove Metal tonneau covers. The risers drop right into the built-in RES rail system, so there’s no drilling into the truck bed. You can keep your tonneau cover sealed and functional while adding overhead carrying capacity. The towers can also slide along the rails before they’re secured, letting you position them to match different load sizes.
The risers are built from steel and finished with a black powder coat that stands up to weather and heavy use. That finish resists rust and keeps the rack looking clean even after long hauls or job site wear. With Thule-made crossbars and four elevated risers, the system provides a sturdy, long-term setup for daily work or weekend hauling.
Each riser foot slides directly into the RES channels on the UltraGroove cover. Then the crossbars attach up top, creating a fixed, over-bed rack without any tools beyond basic hand tightening. This setup makes it easy to install or remove when you need open-bed access, while keeping the cover and rack working together as one unit.
At 24.5" above the bed rails, the EL200 gives plenty of clearance for your cab and mounted gear. That height keeps long items like kayaks or ladders level with the roofline for better aerodynamics and easy access. The design doesn’t extend the truck’s length, so you can haul gear securely without changing how your truck handles.
