Question:

I recently purchased a Forest River R-Pod that came with the Furrion FOS48TAPK-BL camera installed. Initially the dealer that I purchased, Camping World of Ocala, said they would include the monitor. They also used the camera as a selling point when I was looking at it for the first time. That changed after I signed the paperwork and I was then told all I had to do was download the app to my phone and use it as a monitor. From a response to a previous question, I have realized that is not possible with this camera. Is there a monitor that I can buy that will work with the existing camera?

I have a solution for you. I recommend getting the Replacement 5" Monitor for Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Camera System # FR97FR so you can use multiple cameras in the future if you want. The 4 inch model only supports one camera.

You will need the Rear View Safety Extendable Monitor Mount - 5" to 7" Reach # RVS-1419 and the Replacement Furrion Monitor Power Cable # C-FOS07TAPK-006 to complete this setup.

The FOS48TAPK-BL is not compatible with the Vision S. It is a Vision 2 system that is discontinued by the manufacturer. I'm going through the same problem. My monitor was stolen from my truck, and I'm having a difficult time finding a compatible monitor. The solution might be to upgrade to the Vision S
