Been trying to do some research with no luck. Looking for the operation of the two speed planetary gearbox more specifically how do you change between high and low gears.

To change gears on the Bulldog 2-Speed Jack # BD183401 that you referenced you would push in/pull out on the shaft. This is how you go between the two speeds.
