Would like to know if you have the a replacement charger converter itself verses replacing the whole unit

You can replace your Elixir 45amp converter charger with either the Progressive Dynamics Inteli-Power RV Converter and Battery Charger - 12V - 45 Amps # PD9145A (flooded lead acid, AGM, and gel batteries) or the Progressive Dynamics Inteli-Power RV Converter and Battery Charger - Lithium - 12V - 45 Amps # PD9145ALV (lithium batteries).
If you wanted to replace/upgrade your distribution panel then I recommend the Progressive Dynamics Mighty Mini AC/DC Panel and Converter/Smart Charger - 45 Amp # PD4045KA which is a 2-in-1 AC/DC distribution panel and converter charger keeps your power systems easily accessible inside the RV. It works with lithium and lead acid batteries, using a custom charging profile for lithium and multistage charging for lead acid. It comes with 7 branch circuits rated at 30 amps on the AC distribution panel and two fuses rated at 30 amps and ten fuses rated at 20 amps for the DC distribution panel.
