If you plan on towing heavy loads often on your 2021 Ford F-350, I recommend leaf spring enhancements like the RoadActive Suspension Custom Leaf Spring Enhancement Kit # RAS3611-SLHD (3,000 pound load rating) or # RAS3611-S (2,000 pound load rating). The reason why I recommend the RoadActive enhancements is because these will ultimately prolong the life of your factory springs. Also, you will be able to manually tension the springs for the desired firmness you need. In addition to these qualities, once the RoadActive enhancements are installed, they require no maintenance. Not only will the springs improve your loaded ride, they will greatly increase the smoothness of your unloaded ride as well.

It is important to note that these springs do not increase your bed's weight capacity. They are simply used as additional support.
