what is the distance from rail to rail, all the instructions say to set the hitch in the first rail to get the location but I do not have the 5th wheel hitch yet, it is coming with the RV i am buying. it is the BandW RVB3270

The distance between the rails should be center to center 22" (pictured below). This rail spacing is considered industry standard.
