Comparing Timbren TFR250SDJ and TFR350SDJ for a Ford F-250/F-350

Question:

I have read many of the QandAs on here as well as reviews but I have found some conflicts I have a 2017 F-350 dually. I pulled the factory bumpstops and the gap is 7.750inch with BandW turnover ball kit installed, 2inch front leveling blocks, and cross bed rail AL toolbox unknown weight. On Timbrens website the FR350SDJ says overall w/out spacer is 7.250inch would be perfect or 7.75inch with spacer would be touching/kissing all the time. So I looked at the FR250SDJ that seems identical other than it doesnt come with a 1/2inch spacer and the bolts to attach the spring to bracket are different...and is less money. Still 8600lbs rating. I opened both pdf instructions on Timbren website and both list the bracket as K10552-003 and the rubber spring as A0103B-75Q00. However on Timbrens website in details for FR250SDJ the overall height is 6.75inch which is consistent with responses on etrailer. I contacted Timbren and the response is that the brackets are the same and the rubber springs are the same...so how can the heights without spacers be different? In several of the answers on etrailer, it lists height of the f250 kit as 6.875inch and the f350 as 7.25-7.5. So there is conflicting data and answers. If the bracket is the same and the rubber spring is the same, why could i not order the f250 kit which is cheaper and then if I need spacers I can order them from yall, and its still cheaper than the f350 kit? Please advise. I am ready to order a kit as soon as I understand. I suspect the rubber spring is actually different but Timbrens install instructions and the email I got back says they are the same

The only difference between the Timbren Suspension Enhancement System part # TFR250SDJ which is for a Ford F-250 and the Timbren Suspension Enhancement System part # TFR350SDJ which is for a Ford F-350 is that the latter comes with a 1/2" spacer, the spring and bracket are the same. If you want to go with the former and purchase the spacer separately then you'd need the Timbren 1/2" Spacer for Raised Frame Vehicles part # TA25722-90P00.
