I did some research on your 1999 Floe Pro 100 Plus, and judging by the size of the trailer, you need the Wesbar 4-Way Flat Trailer Wiring Harness - 20' Long # 002220 or the longer 4-Way Wishbone Trailer Wiring Harness with 42" Ground Wire - 40' Long # A40W42B.
With the 4-way flat, you will get turn signals, running lights, and brake lights. If you are looking for something other than a 4-way flat harness for your trailer, please feel free to respond with your needs.
