From my research on the Reflecto light 110-150 that you mentioned, they are round stop/tail/turn lights that measure 6-7/8" in diameter. They were used on older travel trailers in the 1960s and 70s so there are not replacement lens available anymore.

I recommend to replace the whole light with Optronics part # STL90RB. The Optronics light is a surface mount stop/tail/turn light that has a 7" diameter so it works well to replace the 6-7/8" inch diameter reflecto light on your trailer. The benefits of switching over to LED lights on the trailer are LED lights are brighter and they draw less amperage compared to the older incandescent lights.
