This 4-5/16" round Optronics LED light puts out a crisp red glow that grabs attention fast. Ten white LEDs shine through the red lens to handle tail, brake, and turn functions—all while drawing a fraction of the power of old bulbs. At 12.8V, it pulls just 0.360 amps on stop/turn and 0.030 amps on tail, so it’s easy on your wiring and battery. No filaments to burn out, no weak spots—just strong, consistent light every time you hit the brakes or turn signal.
If your trailer sees wet roads or boat ramps, this light is ready. The polycarbonate lens and housing are sealed tight to keep water out and protect the LEDs inside. It’s fully submersible, so it won’t fog or short even with repeated dunking. For saltwater use, a bead of silicone sealant and a dab of marine grease at the plug connection keep everything watertight and corrosion-free.
Wiring couldn’t be easier thanks to the built-in PL-3 connection that mates with common 3-prong pigtails like part #A45PB or #A47PB (sold separately). Plug it in, connect your ground and signal wires, and you're set. The low amp draw means you won’t overload circuits designed for incandescent lights, and you can add an optional load resistor kit (#ALEDRST1B) if your system needs to mimic higher draw to prevent hyper-flashing.
This light installs cleanly in a recessed cutout using the rubber grommet #A45GB (sold separately). If you’d rather not cut into the trailer body, mount it using the optional bracket #BK45BB along with the same grommet. Either way, the fit is snug and solid with no rattle or leaks. The round face sits flush at just 1-15/16" thick for a professional finish that looks right at home on any setup.

Extremely pleased with my purchase. I have a set of tow light, needed to replace the LED housing. The manufacturer of my lights did not sell the housing. We had a trailer that had old Grote anti-theft incandescent lights. The holes for them were right around 4.450” so there weren’t a lot of products we could find that would fit without major modifications. The Optronics lights with the thinner plastic flange mount did the trick! Thanks for stocking this product!
We have been changing out the brake lights on all of our trucks with these led brake lights over the years. They are easy to see during the day and the lenses do not oxidize and wear out like the normal fixtures do. Plus you don't get the melted section in the middle of the light from the bulbs getting hot. Love these bad boys!
Tail light assembly for Yakima Rack and Roll trailer. This is a relatively low cost item which includes light bulb sealed in a waterproofed unit. Item was delivered very quickly.
I got two of these because one of the lights on my trailer had been cracked when I lent it out and subsequently the running light no longer worked. The lights that they replaced were standard incandescent bulbs and I didn't like the fact that I couldn't just replace the bulb as they were sealed units like these. Because these are led's I expect them to last quite a bit longer so the fact that they are sealed also is not as much of a problem and in reality should help them last longer.
Was exactly what I needed and fit perfectly. Shipped very quickly too.
While I haven't actually used them on a trip yet, I have to say that installing the LED stop/turn/tail lights was almost a no-brainer. Once I figured out the correct sequence, the lights easily slipped into the existing rubber housings. I plugged in the electrical connectors and they worked perfectly. Knowing that they'll never burn out is comforting.
eTrailer.com did a Terrific Job for us! We needed tail lights for the Dune Buggy we're building in three different collors (red, amber & clear), and eTrailer was able to provide these for us in otherwise identical lights. We received everything we needed (all of the right appurtanances) and they look great! We were also impressed with the timeliness of etrailer.com's shipping and delivery, as we received our order far more quickly than promised or anticipated. The License Plate Holder and Light also look great! (Although the light is a little dim.) Overall high marks, and I would use eTrailer.com and Optronics again.

These are extra in case my taillight goes out
Although UPS is a little rough on packages, everything arrived unbroken. The only thing I didn't realize was that there was not any pigtails for these tail lights. Everything else was great. I'll see about chasing down the pig-tails from the local trailer dealer.

Have had 0 problems since installed. Much brighter appearance. Have since replaced tail and marker lights with 3 other trailers. Great job guys and gals.
These light are great quality and shipping was extremely fast. I only needed one but purchased 4 and changed all my brake lights over to LED. I also appreciate the plethora of information with regard to issues installing this item. I had a little trouble fitting them back in my existing grommet, but your videos were very helpful. We have used etrailer several times. It's our go-to. Thanks again!

After about a year of using these brake lights, they are all working well! I took a trip about 600 miles away, and they worked extremely well allowing other vehicles to see my horse trailer and keeping us safe! I would definitely recommend this product to others!
Ordered two, one had misguided plugs and would not work with my installed 3 prong male plug, the second finally plugged in
with difficulty, but the light worked when installed. Glad I ordered two as just needed one now, and the second was a spare for
future use. All through the order process the company offered great service and very quick shipping. Probably will use them again
in the future for needed parts in a hurry.

As stated, the one didnt work at all and was trashed. The other worked with difficulty plug in was mismatched but is still working.
I ordered a number of LED replacement components for my motorcycle trailer as well as a locking hitch pin and ball covers. I was very pleased with the shipment, product quality, and the attention to customer service (which came into play to make sure I did not incur shipping fees). Plus, the LED lights look great on my aluminum trailer. I will happily continue to do business with etrailer!

I am in the process of renovating a 1966 Airstream. I wanted to upgrade the tail lights and the clearance lights. I found etrailer.com on a web search. I ordered the round 4" LED, rubber 4" grommet, and Oval LED clearance light. The round stop with grommet adapeted perfectly into the lens on the Airstream. I will feel so much safer now with the added visability. The lights are stellar.
Easy to order online, Items arrived during the expected delivery date. Have always had good luck with Optronics products. Just waiting for the truck to get back to the shop so I can replace the old incandescnt lights with the new LED lights.
They work great and we're fairly easy to install as a replacement for the old style brake lights with bulbs....
Bought these LED Stop/Tail lights for my new dump trailer. The factory stop/tails are mounted very low, and any car directly behind me blocks my lights from the 2nd or 3rd car behind me. So I mounted these new ones up as high as I could to let people know I am stopping or turning. I also mounted a side marker light so I could see where the trailer was while backing up at night. The factory marker lights are so low I can’t see them in my mirrors because they are blocked by the step on the drivers side and the spare tire on the passenger side. I am a retired 18 wheeler driver of 47 years.
We are looking for a supplier of trailer parts .. they had what we needed.
We build aprox 60 trailers a year. I am going to take a good look to see what else we can get from them.
