Since the Atwood actuator line was discontinued, the Titan Zinc-Plated Brake Actuator # T43397007K has been one of the most popular replacements for it. This is rated up to 7,000 pounds and can accept both 1-7/8" and 2" balls, so it is a very good option. However, we do have an alternate that you may want to take a look at.
The Dexter DX7.5 Drop-N-Go Brake Actuator # 099-175-00 will be rated a little higher at 7,500 pounds, but will only accept the 2" ball.
Both of these are American made, zinc plated, use the same mounting bolt pattern, and are designed for drum brakes. But personally, I am not a huge fan of the tightening knob on the Titan actuator. If I was replacing an older Atwood, I would go with the Dexter DX7.5 Drop-N-Go. Even with it being just for the 2" ball.
Dexter DX7.5 Drop-N-Go Brake Actuator - Drum Brakes - 2" Ball - Zinc Plated - 7,500 lbs
Dexter Zinc-Plated Brake Actuator - Drum - Multi-Fit Ball - Bolt On - 7,000 lbs
