Question:

Hi there, I am looking to replace the brake/signal lights on my pop up trailer. I have read that the replacement part for this camper is no longer in production. I have a couple of questions: 1 Do you have suggested replacement parts? I also need a light that comes with license plate mounting bracket. 2 I am not the most handy person. Is it easy to install the lights with little/no experience? Thank you so much for your help.

I do have an option for you but the factory tail lights on an older Jayco Eagle Pop-Up wraparound to the outside of the trailer and none of the aftermarket replacement will have this feature. That said, you could pretty easily replace them with some surface mount lights like the Low Profile LED RV Tail Light part # RVSTLB61 for driver and part # RVSTLB60 for passenger.

It should be pretty easy to make the swap, you will likely need to drill new holes to secure the light and open up the hole the wires run through to better line up with the new light. It should be manageable for a novice with the right tools.
