Question:

Can not find a direct size replacement. Needing 5K9380b. 93 hf to 80 sc. 3” diameter circular pipe. 5 bolt brake flange.

We have a very close option to what you need as long as there would be clearance for the wheels of your trailer to stick out an additional inch on either side with the axle part # 6340624 which is a 3 inch diameter axle, with an 80 inch spring seat to spring seat dimension but has 95 inches from hub face to hub face instead of 93 like you mentioned. This also has the 5 bolt brake flange as well.

If you for sure needed the 93 inch length instead you'd need to find a local trailer shop to you who can order in axles.
