I spoke to Lippert and they said to check a few things. First, they did say to double check the battery and make sure it is not dropping under 12 volts. The system will always draw from the battery, even when attached to shore power, and the controller needs to stay constant. They mentioned that a common cause of this will be a ground issue. The green wire will be the ground so you will need to make sure this has a solid connection and not stacked with other grounds. The black wire will be the power so I suggest checking to make sure it is a solid connection as well. If you have a good ground and power going into the unit, then the # LC304136 control module will indeed need to be replaced.
