The B and W Companion Hitch part # BWRVK3715 does fit your 2020 GMC Sierra 3500 OEM rail kit. Now whether or not it's the correct hitch for you to use comes down to the nose shape of your trailer. If the trailer you have has a tapered nose you probably don't need additional turning clearance that a slider hitch would require. This is also due to fact your short bed is actually on the longer side of the short beds at 6-3/4 feet.
But if you do need the turning clearance that a slider can provide you'd want the slider version which is part # BWRVK3775. If you let me know what camper you have I can take a look and give you an idea whether or not I think it needs a slider as well.
