The ball on my existing Curt folding hitch is loose and wobbly. Can I just replace the top section and use existing frame on my 1999 Ford F250 Super Duty?

You can replace the Center Section # C-52 for the Curt Folding Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # C61332-52 on your 1999 Ford F-250 Super Duty.
I have attached a picture with the bolt hole dimensions of the plate so that you can confirm that it will bolt directly to your existing hitch hardware.
