Pair this center section with a custom mounting kit (sold separately) to get a complete hitch for towing your gooseneck trailer. Ball easily folds down for complete access to your truck bed when you're not towing.

This hitch was purchased to replace old drop down gooseneck, which ball had become loose and sloppy. This hitch fit perfectly in the place of the old one, only took about and hour to replace. It is a much better design, easier to pull up from the down position, and the hidden safety chain loops are much nicer. We pull a 20ft eight horse stock trailer or a 30ft fifth wheel travel trailer with a goose neck extension regularly behind our 2001 dodge diesel, and this product has been Great!
Great description of the gooseneck I wanted I had an issue with my ball sitting below the flatbed so I added your product to the top of flatbed works perfect.
The box it came in was damage, i still missing the center plate amd hardware, i am not happy at all, i would like a refund since i didnt receive all the package

It came much sooner than expected so that was appreciated. It will be used on a homemade 350 pick up body to haul a 24' trailer, with equipment or logs. It has yet to be installed.
Top notch! We installed some of these years ago and were disappointed with the quality. But since then Curt has clearly improved this product significantly. I'm impressed will be buying again.
