One of the snap-locking tabs on my receiver that holds the bar onto the unit is missing. I need a replacement.

You will need to purchase the Replacement Head for Blue Ox SwayPro Weight Distribution Systems - Trunnion Bar item # BXW4011. I am sorry I was not able to locate this part for you.
