Can the audio out on a TV be attached to audio input on JWM60A if it has audio input so that TV sound can be played through the RV ceiling speakers?

Yes the audio of a TV can run to the Jensen RV Stereo part # JWM60A that you referenced. The front of the stereo has an 1/8 inch audio input and the rear has RCA inputs.
