To determine if your 2020 Kia Sorento has a towing package you'll need to remove the sidewall panel just behind the rear driver's side wheel well. Inside you'll find a wiring harness connector that will allow you to plug in a tow package ready trailer wiring harness like the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package - 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56332.
If you do not have an open wiring harness plug there then you do not have the factory tow package and will have to instead install the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118583.
