Will the T-Track Mounting Hardware # TH697600 Work with My Thule Ascent 1500 Cargo Box?

Question:
would the T-track adapter a Thule Ascent 1500 that uses the QuickGrip system? It looks the same the powergrip but I just need to be sure before I pull the trigger on this.

I have a solution for you. I confirmed with my tech at Thule that the T-Track Mounting Hardware for Thule Cargo Boxes # TH697600 will not fit your older Thule Ascent 1500 model cargo carrier. He also confirmed that there are no other t-slot adapters available for that particular box. With that being said, the Thule QuickGrip System 697600 will wrap around on all Thule square bars, round bars, and aero blades. My tech at Thule could not guarantee for sure if the QuickGrips will wrap around the Thule WingBar Evo crossbars.
