The Replacement M8 T-Bolt # 853-5715 you were looking at will fit Thule crossbars or the Thule TracRac and Xsporter Ladder Racks but will not work in your Thule Top Tracks.
The Thule Top Tracks like the # THTP42 are not designed for T-bolts and instead is designed for the Thule Rapid Podium Feet # TH460R with fit kit # THKIT3101, and then allow you to install the Thule AeroBlade, WingBar Evo, SquareBar, or ProBar load bars of your choice.
You cannot install your accessories directly into the Top Tracks, they are just there to give you a way to install crossbars.
