Question:

any suggestions for cleaning urine out of the mattress? It says its water and mold resistant.

The Teddy Bear RV Bunk Bed Mattress - 74" Long x 28" Wide x 4" Tall # LC380765 is water resistant but not waterproof. I spoke with the manufacturer, Lippert, and they recommend using a carpet cleaner to wash and then suck out the water from the mattress and then let it lay out to fully dry. If you need replacement covers you can use # LC679284 for chocolate and # LC380765 for tan. The covers can be machine washed but also need to be laid out to dry and not machine dried.
