Trying to find a way to reset the unit

I reached out to my contact at Progressive Dynamics, and he confirmed that there is no factory reset setting button on the Progressive Dynamics Inteli-Power RV Converter and Smart Battery Charger # PD9260C. However, he recommended that you unplug it from the wall outlet and remove the dc wires. Once the wires are removed, you will then need to reconnect the dc wires and plug it back in. This should reset the converter.
