Will the Thule cargo box part # TCBOX625 fit the Rhino Rack?

The Thule Force XT XL Rooftop Cargo Box - 18 cu ft - Black AeroSkin # TH6358B is the current version of the Mopar part number TCBOX625 that you are referring to. This box, along with most other Thule boxes, fits crossbars that are up to 3-1/2" wide and up to 1-11/16" tall and fits crossbar spread of 23-5/8" - 35-1/2". Crossbar spread is the distance from the center of the front crossbar to the center of the rear crossbar.
The Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars Black - 54" # RRVA137B-2 that you were looking at measure 3-1/8" wide and 1-3/16" tall, so the Thule cargo box would fit these bars just fine. If your vehicle has the naked roof or black flush rails then you will also need Legs # RRRLKVA and Fit Kit # DK234 that you were looking at. I attached demonstration videos for you.
