This custom fit kit lets you mount 4 Rhino-Rack 2500 legs to your vehicle with a naked roof. Clamps mount to legs with bolts. Includes 4 clamps and 4 pads.

Today on our 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee we'll be test fitting the Rhino-Rack 2500 Series Roof Rack with Euro Square Crossbars, part numbers ds1375b and dk234. Now to begin our test fit we've already gone ahead pre-assembled our crossbars and Fit Kit. The Fit Kit came with four rubber pads and four clamps. The bars also do come with the feet. The plastic pad for the foot can be attached to the foot in either direction indicated by the arrow.The instructions found in the Fit Kit do indicate which position the arrow will point. We'll now go ahead and attach the rubber foot from the Fit Kit to the plastic pad on our foot.
We can then undo the Allen bolt insert our clamp, reinsert the Allen bolt holding it in position. We're going to go ahead and leave these loose as this is how we'll clamp it to the vehicle.Each foot has an Allen bolt underneath here on the bar which will secure the foot to the bar. We followed the instructions placing our feet in the correct position on the bars. We'll now place the front crossbar on top of the roof and make sure that we do a measurement here which Rhino-Rack provides from the edge of the front door forward. This will be the location of the rear edge of our crossbar foot.
We'll do this on both sides of the vehicle to ensure that the crossbar's perpendicular with the vehicle.We can then use the included Allen tool to tighten down the two Allen bolts working our way back and forth to make sure that it stays centered on the vehicle. The only thing we have left to do is install the covers. We can then use the keys supplied with the bars to lock the covers in securing our crossbars to the vehicle. Once we have our front crossbar on we're ready to put on the rear crossbar.It's again assembled according to the instructions found within the Fit Kit. Now with our rear crossbar on top of the roof we'll again take another measurement.
This measurement is also provided by Rhino-Rack which will be from the center of the front crossbar to the center of the rear crossbar. This is the location of our rear crossbar. We'll make sure that the clamps go down into the door opening where we can then tighten down the Allen bolt working our way back and forth evenly to make sure that our rear crossbar is secure.Now that we have both crossbars on our roof rack systems secured and we're ready to load our accessories. That completes our test fit of the Rhino-Rack 2500 Series Roof Rack with the Euro Square Crossbars using part numbers ds1375b and dk234 on our 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee.

Very solid racks. We just took our first trip using them and the didn't budge. As recommended, a few days after installing, I tightened the bolts a bit. I'm not sure they needed it--just a little insurance.
The installation process was clear, but fairly detailed. It would be easy to miss a step, so take your time. Also, I tried a couple shortcuts in the order when installing on the car, but had to back track. So, go in the order they give you.
The racks easily supported our filled "pod" and a couple surfboards, strapped side-by-side. Sorry, no photos of the rack loaded. One thing to watch out for is that our old Thule pod almost didn't fit because of the thickness of the racks. I had to loosen the bolts almost entirely.
Of note: I feel that although I followed the measurements to the millimeter, the fit on our 2018 Honda CR-V wasn't exact. Where the pads sit on the roof of the car didn't align perfectly. I could have adjusted this by just re-trimming the rubber pads that go in the channels, but it's not a big deal, so I just left it.
Finally, I do have one concern. The angle of final installation doesn't really protect the racks from theft very well. The plastic plate that locks over the screw would allow someone with the proper tool to get up under it and loosen the bolts. That being said, someone so inclined could also just break the little plastic door or drill a hole in it to access the bolt. So, I guess it's just a deterrent anyway.
Overall, I'm very happy with the racks and etrailer.com! Despite shipping delays due to Covid-19, they were able to get the racks to me in time for an upcoming trip. I did choose to expedite shipping, but the cost was very reasonable.
Solid all around and easy to mount. This was a good choice for my needs.

I'm very happy that Rhino Rack builds roof racks to accommodate a large variety of vehicles. Trying to fit a rack to my 22-year-old Chevy pickup with a naked roof was a challenge. Fortunately, the people at etrailer are extremely knowledgeable and were able to get a direct fit. The rack fits awesome and will help in an upcoming road trip. Thanks Alex and etrailer team.

I couldn't find a rack to fit my car anywhere, I have been looking for years and just found Rhino rack on the Internet a few weeks ago.
The Rhino rack for my Toyota Camry is perfect! Easy to assemble, good quality parts, fits really well. Can't wait to get my canoe out on a lake thanks finally to this rack!!

Fit my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee with the appropriate other feet and bars that the site listed. Install took about 2 hours total. The 'VA' measurement for feet position was about 9mm total off from a perfect fit, so I re-positioned them and it fit snug and looks GREAT. Hoping to get some use out of the rack soon.
Awesome product! Fits like a glove on my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited X. There is a slight whistling noise, but otherwise couldn’t be happier with the overall package!
This kit adapts the crossbar legs to my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Top quality parts, excellent fit with clear, easy to follow instructions. Measurements are included in this kit for ideal roof placement of the legs.
Bought this rack for my jeep grand Cherokee seems like it would have been a great product.. however the instructions was so unclear, I soon realized I made a mistake buying this product. I was able to install it though I don’t believe it’s 100% correct. If my kayak falls off I’m gonna cry. If you’re thinking about buying this , DONT !
The initial plan was to put them on only when needed.
Now being familiar with their custom fit and performance,They are on permanently. Racks on a Lexus? Who knew!
The product is great! I use it for skiing. Once you get the unit installed
it is snap to take off and reinstall. The only two issues that I have is
on occasion the wind generates a noise as it hits the rack. Usually this
happens around 65 mph. The other issue is I did not like the price. I am
familiar with what goes into making products. The rack should have not
cost more that $500. The company that makes it knows they can get that price
because people love their recreation.

I definitely want to make sure it installs correctly for you. Would you able to send a picture of how it is installed? Can you confirm the type of roof that you have? Do you have flush mounted rails? Do they they have a metal strip that is on top of the rails? Or do you have a naked roof?
