Question:

Will this work with two Lectric XP 2.0 step thru bikes ? If not could you recommend a bike rack.

Based on the specs for the Lectric XP 2.0 step thru E-bikes you won't be able to use the Swagman Current Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes # S64678 as it only has a weight capacity of 60lbs per bike and the Lectric bikes are 64lbs.

Instead I recommend the Swagman E-Spec Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes # S94FR. It has a per bike weight capacity of 70lbs and is rated for use on cars, vans, trucks, SUVs, fifth wheels, motorhomes, travel trailers, and flat towed vehicles. If your tires are over 3" wide then you'll also need the Fat Tire Adapter Kit for Swagman # S64679. This rack is a frame mount so since your bikes have a step thru frame you'll need the Swagman Deluxe Bike Frame Adapter Bar # 64005 to properly lock down your bikes. Both ratcheting arm hooks have keyed-alike locks deter theft of your bikes and the rack as well.
