where do I find the 12 volt power or fuse supplying my 7 way trailer connector on a 2002 Ford F250 7.3 Disel

You will want to check your owner's manual to verify, but there should be a fuse for your trailer connector in a fuse box under the hood or under your dash. I looked at the online manual for your 2002 F250 and it looks like the fuse is going to be in the passenger compartment fuse panel. The fuse you are looking for is titled "trailer tow battery charge" as this is the 12v circuit fuse; it appears to be number 115, but again you will want to verify with your owner's manual and fuse box diagram.
If the fuse is not blown then I recommend using a circuit tester such as # PTW2992 to go down the wire to all the way to your 7 way connector to determine if there is a short or break in the wire anywhere. You can use 10 Gauge Primary Wire - Blue - per Foot # 10-1-1 for any wiring that needs replaced.
