The pin you mentioned is the Replacement Hitch Bolt and Clip for Yakima HoldUp and BigHorn Bike Carriers # Y8890200. This replaces a threaded hitch bolt and clip for a Yakima HoldUp (Y02419, Y02433, or Y02443), Yakima BigHorn 3 (8002524), Yakima BigHorn 4 made between 2000 and 2003 (8002513), or Yakima Getaway. Also works for Yakima DryDock (Y02589) boat carrier. This is used to secure the bike rack to the hitch.

Hitch bolt dimensions:
Overall length: 4-9/16"
Usable length: 3-1/2"
Thread dimensions: 1-3/8" long x 5/8" diameter
