The pin you mentioned is the Replacement Hitch Bolt and Clip for Yakima HoldUp and BigHorn Bike Carriers # Y8890200. This replaces a threaded hitch bolt and clip for a Yakima HoldUp (Y02419, Y02433, or Y02443), Yakima BigHorn 3 (8002524), Yakima BigHorn 4 made between 2000 and 2003 (8002513), or Yakima Getaway. Also works for Yakima DryDock (Y02589) boat carrier. This is used to secure the bike rack to the hitch.

Hitch bolt dimensions:
Overall length: 4-9/16"
Usable length: 3-1/2"
Thread dimensions: 1-3/8" long x 5/8" diameter

If you are looking for a lock for your rack and have the Yakima HoldUp Bike Carrier then we do have the Replacement Cable Lock Assembly for Yakima HoldUp Bike Carrier # Y8890202 which will fit Yakima Hold up models made from 2008-2012.

I believe you are referring to the Yakima HoldUp #Y02443. If you need just the HitchLock alone, that is the #Y07235. However, if you need the hitch pin that is compatible with both the HitchLock and the HoldUp itself, that is the #Y8890200.
