The etrailer XHD Non-Binding Tow Bar for Duncan Base Plates, # e57ZR does not have an option for adapter for extended D-Ring bumper mounts.
We do carry the Adapter for Extended D-Ring Bumper Mounts to Roadmaster Tow Bars - 1" Thick, # RM65FR and # RM-035-1 but these require use of Roadmaster tow bar, not the etrailer XHD Non-Binding Tow Bar.
