Will these fit my 2021 2D Bronco Badlands with the winch mounted? I believe these are 1 inch in diameter.

Hey Jordan, since your D-rings are 1 inch thick the correct D-ring adapter would actually be the part # RM65FR which would require using a Roadmaster tow bar like the # RM-520. The Curt D-ring adapter you mentioned is a lot wider than that so it would not be what you are looking for.
