Could MORryde Manual Cord Storage Reel be Used on Cord that is Permanently Attached

Does this work if power cord is attached to the coach

If the end of the power cord was permanently attached to the coach, you'd have to put in the opposite end of the cord into the MORryde Cord Storage Reel # MR77RR which would then roll it up basically backwards.
