Question:
I pull a 40foot triple axle gooseneck trailer. I am looking at one of the two above mentioned kits. The only difference is the valve. The TM98FR has what looks like passthrough fillable sensors and the TM29FR has just locking caps. The tires I run are 235/80/16 @ 110psi Load G. I am just looking for which kit would be better. Thank you,.

You are dead on in you analysis of the two Tireminder i10 TPMS kits.
The # TM98FR uses screw on sensors that need to be removed to air up the tires, where the # TM29FR uses screw on sensors that are flow through so they do not need to be removed when you go to air up the tires. Both kits work with up to 199lbs of air pressure so both will work just fine with your 235/80/16 Load range G tires at 110 PSI.
Since both use the same locking nuts to keep them secure to the valve stem I recommend the # TM29FR so you do not need to undo the locking nuts, and remove the sensor each time you need to add more air.
I included a video of the # TM98FR for you to take a look at.
