I spoke with Lippert and unfortunately the model gear you need replaced is not available so you'll need to completely replace the steps. We have multiple options based on the entry height and mounting bracket width you have like the Replacement Steps, Motor, and Control for Kwikee RV Electric Steps # LC369552 or the Kwikee Electric RV Step Complete Assembly # LC3694042. If you need any help figuring out the correct replacement for your needs just reply back with the entry height (ground to mounting bracket) and mounting bracket width and I can find the correct steps for you.
