Question:

I have a need for 2 sets of hinges 50inch long for a door 70inch wide constructed of stainless steel - overall weight 600# materials Stainless Steel Please advise if your hinges with 1.2inch pin will be capable of handling the load Mounting is steel / on steel can be either bolted of welded. Thanks

I do have a solution for you as when I reached out to Marlboro Manufacturing who produces these piano hinges. They do not have any weight capacity ratings for their piano style hinges that you are looking at.

They do offer their Weld-On Hinge with Stainless Steel Bushing and Pin # MA46ZR that will work well for your doors. They have a weight capacity of 648lbs per hinge, making a set of 2 more than enough capacity for your door.
