My trailers factory ramp door's three short hinges on my car hauler were attached to the door by a thin mild steel angle frame, that failed under weight.
This replacement hinge looks like it could hold the ramp on for almost anything on tires without failing.
Very stout hinge.

Its a good product. Unfortunately not quite heavy enough built for what Im building. But the .625 5/8 pin version is. Very handy in 8 foot lengths.

Everything worked out as designed. Used the 12 inch for chain cover hinges. The 58 pin 14 hinge worked on a side foldout on a harvester. Nothing else like this when you really need it.

This was a repair hinge for a 16' cargo trailer ramp. We, the Genoa Fire Department, use the trailer for moving our cooking grills, tables, supplies, etc for fundraising events. The hinges we bought are much heavier-duty than the original ones that pulled out of the plywood ramps. We are very pleased with them. I drilled and lagged the hinges, didn't weld then. We are happy with the results.

First one ordered came in damaged post office returned hinge instead of refund I opted for another hinge it was here in 4 days and in a heavier shipping tube no damage no extra cost to me very happy

I didn't use these for a trailer but I bought these to cut down and make hinges for armored vehicle doors and hinged windows. Very heavy duty and priced well. Difficult to find hinges, happy they were available through here.

Recommendations for a Transition Hinge for a Cargo Trailer Ramp
The best hinge we have for your application is the 6" Wide Continuous Hinge - 1/2" Pin Diameter - Steel # MA32VR (8' long) or the # MA52VR (6' long). Since both of these hinges measure 6 inches wide, they give you plenty of space to weld on or bolt on to your trailer ramp. They also rotate a full 270 degrees for a full opening/closing range.

Do Marlboro Continuous Hinges Come In 48" Or 96" Lengths
The stainless steel options of the Marlboro hinges only come in 72" like the # MA94ZR. You could cut this down to 48" to make it work with your trailer though. There are 96" length options but they are both steel and come in 6" wide with a 1/2" pin diameter # MA32VR or 5" wide with a 3/8" pin diameter # PLR844.

Weld On Hinges For a 70" Wide Trailer Door That Weighs 600LBS
I do have a solution for you as when I reached out to Marlboro Manufacturing who produces these piano hinges. They do not have any weight capacity ratings for their piano style hinges that you are looking at. They do offer their Weld-On Hinge with Stainless Steel Bushing and Pin # MA46ZR that will work well for your doors. They have a weight capacity of 648lbs per hinge, making a set of 2 more than enough capacity for your door.

What Lengths Are The Marlboro 6" Wide Continuous Hinge Available In?
The 6" Wide Continuous Hinge we currently only carry in a 6' # MA52VR and 8' # MA32VR length. The 6' length is the shortest piano style hinge we carry for all the different width hinges. You can cut the hinge down to whatever length you need. You may need to peen over the hinge pin to prevent the pin from sliding out after you cut the hinge.
