How Does the Bolt Pattern on the Demco DM12717 Coupler Measure?

What is the spacing on the holes. I need 5 in between the two holes

I had the Demco Channel Tongue Trailer Coupler - Zinc - 2" Ball # DM12717 measured and included a diagram with the spacing you are looking for, and a little more if needed. With that being said, from the center of the first bolt hole to the center of the last bolt hole, it will be 5 inches.

I should also mention that this is designed to fit a 3 inch wide channel tongue and is rated up to 10,000 pounds towing. The zinc plating offers corrosion resistance and has a 200 hour salt spray rating. This made in the U.S.A coupler will make a great replacement.
