How Much Power Does a 10.7 Cubic Foot Refrigerator Draw

Question:

We just bought a new rv with this size fridge. Love this unit. Question, After this fridge has been started up from regular electrical. With two 12v batteries fully charged. How long will these two battery support this fridge before we need to start the inverter generator to recharge? I hoping we can charge batteries before bed and get a good nites sleep and wake to frozen and cold foods. Do you think we would be fine for 8-10hrs on the battery?

The Everchill RV Refrigerator 10.7 cu/ft # 324-000119 you were looking at draws 11 amps per hour under normal operation, but each refrigerator will be slightly different with the power drawn. Assuming you've got 2 batteries with a total of 220 amp hours of power that would mean that it would take 20 hours to totally drain them.

If you've got a different fridge then you'll just need to check the spec sticker to see the power draw to determine the exact amount of time that you'll be able to run.
