First be sure to verify the weight of your 2021 Ford F-150 with any gear that you may include in it while flat towing as your Roadmaster Falcon Tow Bar # RM-522 is rated for a maximum weight of 6,000lbs. Your F-150 has a basic curb weight that is between 4,021lbs and 5,540lbs depending on your body style and powertrain. If you are close to or exceeding the 6,000lbs I recommend the Roadmaster Nighthawk All Terrain # RM-676. This bar is rated for 8,000lbs.

As you want to use the Roadmaster Guardian Rock Guard # RM-4000 you will need the Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plate Kit # RM58VR for your F-150. You can also use the Guardian 2nd Vehicle Kit # RM-4000-1 if you would like to use it with another vehicle as well.

If you still have the cross bar you can get the Roadmaster Tow Bar Quick Disconnects # RM-222 that will allow you to use the same cross bar for multiple vehicles without having to remove the brackets.
