Question:

Do they make something similar to the Lets-Go-Aero anti-rattle locking hitch pin but for solid shanks? Ive seen the Gen-Y Iron Grip but it is not locking only bolted. For a Class IV hitch.

I have a solution for you. Unfortunately, there are no anti-rattle hitch pins like the Anti-Rattle Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock # 63232 for solid shanks. If you are looking for the same result of the # 63232 on your solid shank, I recommend the etrailer Anti-Rattle Hitch Stabilizer for 2" Hitches # e99007 and the Fastway Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock - 2" Hitches # FA86-00-3050. These two accessories will give you the stability and security you want on your solid shank.
