It looks like you have the Curt # C16115 E16 5th wheel hitch and possibly the Curt # C16100 universal install kit. Although the hitch will work fine in your truck, the install kit isn't compatible with your Ram 2500 according to Curt, but we do have options that would work for you..

The Reese # RP50054-58 install kit you'd looked at would work great for you, but if the bed rails you show in your photo are from Reese, you'd just need the # RP50054 brackets and a # RP58504 hardware kit, and save yourself a few bucks.

If the rails are from Curt, you'd need # C16427 brackets and the # C16111 hardware kit.

The hitch will fit in any industry standard 5th wheel bed rails, but it's important that the frame brackets and the bed rails be from the same manufacturer. If you mix and match, you'll end up with rails that have an unknown weight capacity which could be dangerous.

If you'd like to install a 7-way trailer connector in your truck bed so you don't have to run the trailer connector up over the tailgate, you can install one using part # C56000.
