I have. Tandem axle trailer and boat. The builder advised that the total weight is around 5000 lbs. will tv74fr hold up and be strong enough to use on this trailer

As long as you verify that your tandem axle trailer and boat are not over 7000lbs then the Trailer Valet Trailer Wheel Dolly for Tandem Axle Trailers # TV74FR you were looking at will work just fine.
This dolly is designed for tandem axle trailers that weight up to 7000lbs. If your trailer and boat ends up weighing over 7000lbs then your best option would be the Trailer Valet Trailer Dolly # TVXL2 if your trailer uses a 2" hitch ball, or the # TVXL25 if your trailer uses a 2-5/16" hitch ball.
Both of these options will be able to handle your 5000-lb trailer..
