Quality built. A little tricky to use, once you get hang of it, it’s great.
Work perfectly for my purpose. That is turning a 5000 lb tandem boat trailer around in my driveway by hand. Highly recommend.
VERY hard to jack up the first few times. I had to stand on the lever with all my weight and jump on it to get it to lift enough to allow trailer to turn. Works better now after a few uses by still requires a lot of force. On first use one of the casters threw almost all of its bearings rolling over a small, level expansion seem in my concrete pad. Still works but not smooth like it should. This product improves the the ability to position my boat trailer but it is not nearly the A+ remedy I had hoped - especially for the price.
We ordered a trailer valet and wheel dolly set from etrailer some time back. We received the trailer valet however the dollies were caught up in supply chain problems and were just delivered today. As it is the middle of December we most likely will not have the opportunity to try them out right away and therefore I can't really give them a valid star rating. We did try the valet to move the trailer in our driveway without the dollies which was hard to do and I expect the dollies will be quite an improvement and hopefully warrant a 5 star rating. I do salute the staff at etrailer for keeping us informed of the status of our order.
Did not work well on expose aggregate driveways. Too difficult using the Jack portion to raise the tire our needs to be extended longer on jack lever
The concept is good on this product but the wheels are awful. I have alot of trouble getting the wheels to grip. This has occurred on multiple surfaces from concrete to asphalt. I wish I would have paid more nd bought the motorized one. Thinking of selling this one and doing that.

Can you please confirm the weight of your trailer, your tongue weight, and what type of surface you are working on?

My trailer weight is 6348 lbs. I am working on an asphalt surface. The tongue weight varies between 790 - 940 lbs. dependent upon tank load.

With this trailer dolly, there is a weight limit of 1,250 lbs per axle. Since the weight of your trailer is 6348 lbs. It exceeds the weight capacity of the dolly set, that could be the reason that the wheels are not getting enough grip on any surface.
A back saver. I would not use anything but my wheel dolly. I wouldn’t use anything else.
Works great for boat trailers
As always with everything I have ordered from etrailer.com has been excellent both in quality and service.
Dolly set arrived in destroyed and taped box.
Dollys did not sustain any damage amid styrofoam pieces.
I think 70lb box is hard to handle, you might think about splitting shipping.
I haven't had an opportunity to use this yet, but it appears quite substantial and well made. Looking forward for a chance to try it out.

With the Valet dollies and with the jacks flat surfaces do work best. You will also want to be mindful of small rocks on the ground that could get caught in the wheel casters.
