I have the older Blue Ox BXW0750 Swaypro, Hitch, 1000 Lb., Clamp On, Standard Coupler. It is an older model that had non rotating chain hangers. I no longer have the chain hangers. Can I purchase and use the new rotating chain hangers as a replacement or do I need to upgrade the entire system? Thanks

Yes, the Blue Ox Replacement Chain Hangers item # BXW4020 are designed to work with all Blue Ox weight distribution systems. The lift brackets are specially designed for trailer frames that are 4" tall and widths up to 2-1/2" and where the body mount interferes with conventional, top-mounted latches. So long as your frame fits these dimension then the replacement chain hangers will work with your older model Blue Ox Swaypro Hitch item # BXW0750.
