The Demco Trailer Coupler - Flat Plate Mount - eZ-Latch - Black - 2-5/16" Ball - 21,000 lbs # DM69FR has a max tongue weight rating of 5-10% of the GVWR of the trailer, so since it is rated for up to 21000lbs the tongue weight rating would be up to 2100lbs.

We only have the white version of what you mentioned with the part #DM99VR. The #DM69FR has mounting holes that are 5/8 inch.
